Job summary

AS White Global is hiring a Clinical Quality Reviewer in Manila to support medical review operations for a US healthcare organization. You will review medical reports for completeness, maintain records, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure compliance.

The role offers an onsite setup in Manila with US Eastern working hours from 7:30am to 4:30pm. We value Allied Health backgrounds, strong English communication, and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Allied Health graduate or RN background is a plus but not required.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in medical accounts involving clerical, admin, or documentation review.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong English communication skills; comfortable with calls and high-volume emails.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and task prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Review and verify medical reports for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain and update documentation across systems and databases.
• Handle inquiries and communications with internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare regulations and internal standards.
• Identify, flag, and elevate documentation or compliance issues.
• Ensure timely submission of required reports and records.
• Support audits and preparation activities.
• Collaborate with teams to resolve QA concerns and improve processes.
