Job summary

ING Hubs Philippines is seeking an experienced Regulatory Reporting Platform Engineer to join our global teams across Asia. You will design, develop, and support data and applications that enable regulatory reporting, build robust ETL pipelines, and ensure compliance with audit and security standards.

The role emphasizes translating regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions while collaborating with teams in Singapore, India, and Manila to continuously improve system performance

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• Strong expertise in SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS and ETL development.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience in regulated or enterprise environments and working with global teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support data and applications for regulatory reporting across markets in Asia.
• Build and optimize ETL processes and data pipelines.
• Translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Ensure applications meet quality, audit, and security standards.
• Manage CI/CD processes using Azure DevOps, YAML, and Git repositories.
• Create technical documentation and troubleshoot issues while improving performance.
• Coach team members and contribute to technical excellence within the squad.
