Job summary

ING Wholesale Banking seeks a Regulatory Reporting Business Analyst to bridge business and technology across Asia, translating regulatory requirements into effective solutions.

You will join a regional DevOps team delivering critical regulatory reporting initiatives across markets like Singapore, Hong Kong, Taipei, Manila, Tokyo, Seoul, and Shanghai, collaborating with multiple stakeholders and supporting transformation programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of business analysis experience in regulatory reporting.
• Strong understanding of wholesale banking products and markets.
• Experience with data analysis in Excel and basic SQL.
• Experience with software testing, impact analysis, and regression testing.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications for technical teams.
• Support implementation of new regulatory reporting requirements and enhancements.
• Conduct impact assessments and manage testing activities, including regression testing and quality assurance.
• Partner with business stakeholders, end users, and technology teams across multiple locations.
• Support strategic finance and regulatory reporting transformation initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve business analysis processes, tools, and documentation standards.
• Contribute to Agile delivery as part of a regional DevOps team.
