You will work with global teams to improve processes, monitor controls, and provide data-driven insights for management. Strong analytical skills and English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
• 5–7 years of experience in OTC derivatives processing or related fields.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent data analysis and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in English (verbal and written).
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with multiple regulatory regimes is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve transaction reporting exceptions across multiple regimes.
• Investigate reconciliation breaks and drive remediation.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify root causes and implement solutions.
• Conduct post-resolution validation and monitor reporting quality.
• Support counterparty outreach on reporting discrepancies.
• Analyze large datasets to identify trends and risks.
• Translate data insights into actionable recommendations.
• Monitor controls and contribute to the control framework.
• Maintain awareness of operational, regulatory, and reputational risks.
