Job summary

ING is seeking a Regulatory Reporting Platform Engineer to shape the future of regulatory reporting in the Philippines. You will design, develop, and maintain data components using SQL Server, T-SQL, and SSIS; build ETL pipelines; translate regulatory requirements into scalable technical solutions; and ensure compliance with quality, audit, risk, and security standards.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of software engineering and application development experience.
• Strong expertise in: SQL Server, T-SQL, SSIS, ETL development, Database optimization and performance tuning.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience working in highly regulated or enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with global teams.
• Excellent communication skills.
