Job summary

HS Hiring Solutions Inc. is seeking a Data Platform Engineer for an on-site role in Quezon City.

The candidate will design and implement data platform solutions, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and shape the data landscape while adhering to governance practices. We are looking for a professional with at least 3 years of Informatica PowerCenter experience, strong ETL and data modeling skills, and a drive to lead and innovate within the data domain.

Qualifications

Expert proficiency in Informatica PowerCenter (ETL developer).
Strong understanding of data integration techniques and ETL processes.
Experience with data modeling and database design principles.
Familiarity with data governance frameworks and best practices.
Proficient in troubleshooting and optimizing data workflows.

Responsibilities

SME in Informatica PowerCenter and data integration concepts; lead and collaborate with the team to perform.
Responsible for team decisions and direction in data platform initiatives.
Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions affecting data flows.
Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices within the team to enhance overall performance.
Monitor and evaluate team progress, providing guidance and support as needed.
Drive innovation by exploring new technologies and methodologies that can improve data processes.
