Position Summary

Registration Team Lead – Taxes supports the Taxes Head on monitoring payments of taxes such as Creditable Withholding Tax, Documentary Stamp Tax, Transfer Tax and Real Property Tax. The incumbent will lead operations associates to meet department goals, provide side‑by‑side training to specialists, and prepare management reports for the Taxes Head, Registration Head and Operations Head.

The role requires expertise in title transfer processes, setting targets for service providers to ensure they are met, and troubleshooting issues related to title registration.

Description of Functions

1. Monitors daily productivity of registration specialists to ensure taxes such as CWT, RPT and DST are qualified, paid, and liquidated on time.
2. Empowers registration specialists through side‑by‑side training to take responsibility for their jobs and goals.
3. Delegates responsibility, expects accountability, and provides regular feedback.
4. Manages service providers, Local Government Units (LGU), and Government Agencies such as BIR/RD by setting targets, ensuring they are met, and tracking updates and accomplishments.
5. Regularly meets with service providers, LGU, BIR, and RD to discuss updates, issues and action plans.
6. Monthly meets with Registration Head to discuss issues, policies and processes, cascade information, implement changes, resolve problems, and recommend improvements.

Educational Attainment

Bachelor’s Degree in a management course or a business/marketing related course.
