Job summary

Glory Reborn Organization, Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) to join our maternal, newborn, and primary healthcare team under the PhilHealth YAKAP program. On-site in Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City, you will provide prenatal to postpartum care and support families.

This full-time, 24/7 rotating shifts role requires PRC-licensed RN, with BLS; NRP is an advantage. Fluency in Cebuano and English, strong communication, and a patient-centered approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.
• Experience in maternal health, obstetrics, newborn care, or community health is preferred.
• BLS-certified; NRP certification is an advantage.

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our growing clinical team. This role combines maternal and newborn care with primary healthcare services under the PhilHealth YAKAP program.

Position Details

• Position: Registered Nurse (RN) – Maternal & YAKAP Care

• Location: 77-C Cabreros St., Basak San Nicolas, Cebu City

• Employment Type: Full-time

• Work Arrangement: On-site

• Schedule: 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays

Key Responsibilities

Maternal, Newborn & Pediatric Care

• Provide prenatal, labor, delivery, and postpartum nursing care for low-risk mothers.

• Conduct newborn and pediatric assessments and provide appropriate nursing care.

• Monitor patients' conditions and promptly communicate concerns to the attending physician or appropriate healthcare professional.

• Assist in ensuring safe, compassionate, and patient-centered maternal and newborn care.

YAKAP & Primary Healthcare Services

• Conduct family health consultations under the PhilHealth YAKAP program, including patient intake, vital signs monitoring, health screening, and health education.

• Provide health teaching on breastfeeding, newborn care, maternal wellness, and family planning.

• Support preventive healthcare initiatives and promote healthy practices among individuals and families.

Documentation & Clinical Support

• Maintain accurate and complete patient records using the Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.

• Assist with PhilHealth documentation and claims processing.

• Work collaboratively with the clinical team to ensure quality patient care and efficient clinic operations.

• Participate in 24/7 rotating shifts as part of the clinical team.

Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) with an active PRC license.

• Previous experience in maternal health, obstetrics, newborn care, or community health is preferred.

• Newly licensed Registered Nurses are welcome to apply.

• BLS-certified; Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification is an advantage.

• Good communication skills in both Cebuano and English.

• Compassionate, patient-focused, and willing to learn.

• A collaborative team player with a genuine heart for serving underserved mothers, children, and families.

• Willing to work on-site and participate in 24/7 rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
