Job summary

International Care Ministries (ICMMI Clinic) seeks a dedicated Midwife/Support Staff to assist in delivering primary care during clinic and outreach missions. You will educate communities about the Konsulta Program and assist in registrations.

Requirements include a valid PRC license as a midwife, PDR completion, and willingness to work in underserved areas. EMR experience is a plus; strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Midwife RM with PRC license required or preferred.
• PDR duly accomplished and PTR registered in applicable region.
• Updated PRC license/renewal proof required.
• Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing preferred.
• Knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta Program and data privacy laws.
• Proficiency with EMR systems is a plus.

ICMMI Clinic is opening soon to provide quality healthcare services through the PhilHealth YAKAP Program. We're looking for dedicated and compassionate professionals who are ready to make a difference in the community.

Job Summary:

The Midwife/Support Staff provides assistance to the nurse and physician in the delivery of care during clinic/outreach missions. They are also tasked with educating the community on the Konsulta Program and assisting in the registration process.

Job Qualification:

1. Preferably Midwife (RM) with a valid PRC license
2. Provider Data Record (PDR) – duly accomplished
3. Performance Commitment (PC) – duly signed
4. Updated PRC License or proof of renewal
5. Experience in primary care, family medicine, or community health nursing (preferred)
6. Strong knowledge of PhilHealth Konsulta Program, data privacy laws, and basic primary care services
7. Proficiency in Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems (preferred)
8. Excellent communication and patient education skills
9. Willingness to work in underserved or geographically isolated communities
10. With Professional Tax Receipt (PTR) registered in the applicable region or city
11. Preferably with Strong Christian values.
12. Required Certifications: Primary Care Worker, NTP Training, and Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
