The Regional Training Officer is responsible for implementing, and overseeing training programs across multiple locations within the region. This role ensures that all employees receive high-quality training to enhance their skills, meet organizational standards, and support career development. The Regional Training Officer will collaborate with regional managers and area managers to identify training needs, create tailored training solutions, and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.
Major Responsibilities
- Develops, updates and maintains training programs and materials tailored to the needs of various departments within the region in order to ensure that the program are customized to meet the specific needs of the region.
- Facilitates and delivers training sessions both in-person and virtually to ensure engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Conducts training needs assessments by collaborating with regional managers and area managers and analyzing performance metrics in order to identify gaps and areas for improvement.
- Tracks and maintains employee training records, including attendance and certifications in order to monitor the progress of each employee and ensure that proper training is provided.
- Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics, and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Ensures that training programs comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements to maintain full compliance.
- Prepares and presents regular reports on training activities, participant progress, and overall program effectiveness to regional leadership in order to provide a comprehensive overview of training outcomes and effectiveness.
- Manages training resources, including budgets, materials, and external vendors in order to support the successful execution of training programs.
- Facilitated the regularization process within his assigned region by informing the area manager and monitoring the monthly evaluations of probationary employees to ensure that only qualified individuals are regularized.
- Performs other tasks given by the company official as the need arises.
Job Qualification
Educational Background:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
Professional Experience:
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in training and development.
