Job summary

Gate 1 Travel in Makati, Philippines, seeks a Specialist, Regional Tour Operations to oversee land and cruise operations for the assigned region (USA, Canada, Mexico, Cuba). The role involves coordinating itineraries with Product Development and ensuring service standards across tours.

You will work graveyard US EST hours, participate in after-hours on-call, and help improve itineraries and contracts throughout the season.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written English skills for negotiations and contracts.
• 3+ years in operations or travel industry preferred.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent training and experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage land and cruise operations for Gate 1 tours in the region.
• Coordinate itineraries with Product Development and local partners.
• Recruit, contract, and manage Local Guides; supervise TMs on flights.
• Oversee contracts and service agreements for new seasons.
• Provide after-hours on-call support and crisis management.
