Job summary

Business Class, a global travel product company based in the United States, seeks enthusiastic Travel Consultants for night shift in Cebu, Philippines. You will help clients plan and book travel, meet targets, and deliver exceptional service.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries, promoting products, building client relationships, and maintaining accurate booking data, with a focus on long-term satisfaction and referrals. Graveyard shift and onsite work are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of BPO/call center experience.
• Travel experience is a plus but not required.
• Strong English language skills.
• Excellent customer service abilities.
• Ability to work independently with attention to detail.
• Onsite work and graveyard shift availability.

Responsibilities

• Answer client inquiries about travel options and pricing.
• Promote travel products and services to generate sales.
• Build and maintain relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge to assist clients.
• Maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information.

We are seeking enthusiastic and goal-driven Travel Consultants - Night shift to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for helping clients plan and book their travel arrangements, while meeting targets and delivering exceptional customer service.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options and pricing;
• Facilitating and generating numbers by promoting travel products and services to clients;
• Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals;
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently;
• Organize and maintain accurate flight preferences and booking information, while ensuring data accuracy throughout the entire process;
• Providing extended service by ensuring clients are happy and satisfied with our services from start to finish, ensuring long-term cooperation via excellent client service and problem-resolution skills;
• Other tasks that may be assigned by the immediate supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• with al least 2 yrs of BPO/Call Center Experience.

• Having travel experience is a plus but not required.

• Proficiency in English;

• Exceptional customer service skills;

• Ability to work independently with great attention to detail;

• Ability to work onsite and on a graveyard shift;
