Transcosmos Asia Philippines, Inc. in Taguig is seeking a detail-oriented coordinator to support order processing and quotations using our internal system.

Fresh graduates are welcome, and you will encode PO details, review orders for accuracy, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely processing. The role requires strong English communication, data handling, and the ability to work graveyard shifts aligned to US Eastern Time, onsite five days a week at McKinley.

Qualifications

• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle time-sensitive tasks with accuracy.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong coordination, active listening, and organizational skills.
• Experience in data entry, order processing, customer support, administrative support, or Accounts Payable (AP) is an advantage but not required.
• Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or similar business systems is a plus.
• Comfortable working with large volumes of data and performing repetitive tasks with a high level of accuracy.
• Strong time management skills with a proven commitment to attendance and punctuality.
• Must be comfortable encoding and managing purchase order and customer information in an internal system.
• Amenable to working on a graveyard shift aligned with U.S. Eastern Time.
• Amenable to working onsite in McKinley, Taguig (5 days a week).
• Can start immediately.

Responsibilities

• Review information received from sales representatives and customers and prepare accurate quotations and purchase orders using the internal system.
• Accurately encode, update, and maintain purchase order details upon receipt.
• Review purchase orders and order information to ensure completeness and accuracy before final processing.
• Coordinate with internal teams to validate, confirm, and update order details as necessary.
• Ensure timely and accurate order processing in accordance with established procedures and service standards.
• Perform data entry and system updates with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Maintain and organize order records and documentation within the system.
• Support daily order management activities and assist in resolving order-related concerns.
• Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and operational guidelines in all transactions.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, Information Technology, or any related field
