BEL Promo is seeking a proactive Business Development Associate to support strategic accounts from a remote Philippines-based role. You will help execute account strategies, manage day-to-day needs, and drive growth while working a graveyard shift, collaborating with Customer Service and Production to ensure operational excellence and revenue goals.

The ideal candidate has prior inside sales or AE experience, strong organizational and written communication skills, and familiarity with CRM

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.

Responsabilidades

• Execute the account strategy across assigned core and growth accounts.
• Write storyboards and campaigns that bring each account’s strategy to life.
• Build and maintain a call cadence, email cadence, and campaign schedule for each account.
• Execute outbound calls and emails and track activity against cadence.
• Coordinate with Customer Service, Production, and cross-functional teams to ensure timely execution.
• Co-manage the book of business with the National Sales Manager and drive growth with accounts.
