Responsibilities

• Organize and oversee operations of multiple stores and set targets.
• Monitor sales, inventory, quality, and service across outlets.
• Conduct quality management training for service crew.
• Perform monthly audits on quality, service and customer evaluations.
• Coordinate with Logistics for weekly supply orders and deliveries.
• Hire and train service crews; support opening of company-owned outlets.
• Provide reports on outlet visits and sales performance.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and Code of Conduct.
