Job summary

Potato Corner is seeking a District Manager to oversee the performance, profitability, and growth of stores within an assigned territory in the Philippines. You will lead multiple stores to achieve sales targets, coach store managers, and ensure operational excellence.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, Management, Marketing or related field.
Minimum 5 years of multi-unit management experience in FMCG, Retail, or QSR.
Strong background in operations management and P&L ownership.
Proven ability to drive sales growth and improve performance.
Excellent leadership, communication, analytical and decision-making skills.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage multiple stores to achieve sales, profitability, and operational targets.
Coach, develop, and mentor Store Managers to build high-performing teams.
Monitor key business metrics and implement action plans to improve performance.
Ensure compliance with company standards, operational procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Drive customer experience and operational excellence across locations.
Collaborate with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain to execute initiatives.
Support new store openings, business expansion, and continuous process improvement.
