Vertiv is seeking a Service Product & Solutions Manager to bridge the global service product strategy with regional market execution across our full service portfolio — lifecycle, projects and digital services — for all product lines: Thermal, Power, IT Systems, and Infrastructure Solutions.

You will serve as the regional voice through every stage of the Offering Lifecycle, validating, adapting, and launching new service offerings via our NPDI process.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, business or related field.
• 7–10 years in service product management, service operations or technical services.
• Experience with NPDI/phase-gate processes.
• Knowledge of service pricing and commercial models.
• Cross-functional collaboration across Sales, Operations, Engineering and Field Services.
• Strong project management and scaling of service functions.

Aufgaben

• Service Offering Deployment & NPDI.
• Act as regional Services representative in NPDI project teams (Gate Reviews G1–G7).
• Validate global service offerings for regional market fit.
• Develop and execute regional deployment plans aligned with NPDI milestones.
• Ensure training, spare parts, tooling and pricing before Gate 5 & 6.
• Align service launch plans with regional revenue targets.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Engineering and L&D.
• Track deployment status via Smartsheet, SAP and CRM tools.
