Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking a Regional Sales Operations Manager to oversee sales and operational performance across multiple branches in the Cebu City region. The role reports to the General Sales Manager and focuses on driving revenue growth, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years in sales and operations with at least 3 years in leadership, and a proven track record managing multi-site operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in management/related fields.
• 5–8 years in sales/operations with at least 3+ years in a managerial role.
• Proven experience managing multiple branches or regions.
• Experience developing and executing sales/operational strategies.
• Experience in business performance management and KPI analysis.
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth and improve efficiency across locations.
• Experience overseeing branch budgets, resources, inventory, and logistics.
• Strong people management, coaching, and leadership capabilities.
• Solid understanding of sales management, operations, customer service, and compliance.
• Strong business and financial acumen with ability to read reports.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience preparing and presenting regional performance reports to leadership.
• Must hold a valid driver's license and travel frequently.

Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and operational performance of multiple branches within the region.
• Support development and execution of regional sales/operational strategies.
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales, revenue, and profitability targets.
• Conduct regular performance reviews with branch managers and analyze KPIs.
• Identify gaps and implement corrective action plans with senior leadership.
• Monitor branch budgets, expenses, and resource utilization for profitability.
• Establish and track branch KPIs to align with regional goals.
• Lead, coach, and develop branch managers and teams.
• Conduct regular branch visits to ensure policy compliance and execution.
• Collaborate with Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, and HR to support regional initiatives.
