Job summary

Uplift Resources OPC in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the construction and fabrication sectors. You will drive revenue growth by crafting strategies, managing major accounts, and building lasting client relationships across the industry.

The role demands strong leadership, excellent communication, and a proven ability to meet aggressive targets in a competitive market, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver value and project

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven experience in sales management within construction or fabrication.
• Proven track record in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company goals to increase market penetration and revenue.
• Identify new business opportunities within the construction and fabrication sectors through market analysis, networking, and industry research.
• Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Set sales targets, monitor team performance, and provide coaching and guidance to improve effectiveness.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales management within the construction, fabrication, or related industry.
• Demonstrated success in managing large accounts and leading sales teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction and fabrication processes, materials, and industry standards.

• Proficiency in Internal Software, MS office, software and sales analytics tools.
