Job summary

Hatasu Philippines is seeking a dynamic Sales & Business Development specialist to drive eBike sales across Dumaguete, Bacolod, and nearby areas. You will develop regional strategies, build dealer networks, and coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service.

The role requires field sales experience, a valid motorcycle license, and the ability to meet targets with minimal supervision. You will travel within the territory and report on performance to management.

Qualifications

• Proven field sales experience in ebike, motorcycle, or related industries.
• Own a motorcycle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Aged 25–40 and able to travel within the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement regional sales strategies to meet targets and grow eBike sales.
• Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.
• Manage and monitor sales activities across the Dumaguete and Bacolod region and nearby areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions and support partners.
• Coordinate with marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Address and resolve dealer and client concerns; assist with after-sales support as needed.
• Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork and deliveries when necessary.

• Identify and build relationships with new dealers, retailers, and distribution partners.
• Conduct regular market research to identify sales opportunities and trends.
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients to maximize retention and upsell opportunities.

Territory Management

• Manage and monitor sales activities across the Dumaguete and Bacolod region and nearby areas.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess market conditions, gather competitor intelligence, and support sales partners.
• Ensure timely delivery and availability of products within the region.

Team Coordination & Reporting

• Coordinate with internal teams such as marketing, logistics, and customer service to support regional sales operations.
• Prepare and present sales performance reports and forecasts to management.
• Provide feedback from the field to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.

Customer Service

• Address and resolve dealer and client concerns promptly and professionally.
• Assist with after-sales support and warranty-related queries as needed.

Logistics Support

• Use own motorcycle to travel within the territory for fieldwork, partner visits, and deliveries when necessary.
• Ensure efficient use of resources and time while covering multiple locations.

• Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the eBike, motorcycle, or related industries
• Must own a motorcycle and have a valid driver’s license
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of the Malabon area and surrounding locations is an advantage
