Orro Home is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead sales operations across South Luzon. You will manage Area Sales Managers, drive revenue growth, and oversee dealers, distributors, and field teams in prioritized provinces.

The role requires a strong background in telco or mobile distribution, excellent leadership, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets. Willingness to travel regionally and manage cross-functional tasks is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business/Marketing/Management or related field.
• 5–8 years in telco, mobile, or distribution channels.
• 3–5 years in regional or multi-area management roles.
• Proven leadership and team management ability.
• Track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of mobile phone products, channels, and retail operations.
• Willingness to travel and perform fieldwork in assigned regions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales strategies across South Luzon.
• Lead and mentor Area Sales Managers and field teams.
• Cover areas including Batangas, Cavite, Laguna, Quezon, Lucena, Rizal, Mindoro, Mindanao? (verify list) and nearby provinces.
• Monitor performance to meet KPIs and sales targets.
• Build relationships with dealers, distributors and partners.
• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth.
• Oversee promotions, merchandising and brand visibility.

• Build relationships with dealers, distributors, and key partners
• Identify market opportunities and drive business growth
• Oversee merchandising, promotions, and brand visibility
• Coordinate with internal departments to support sales operations
• Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports
