COCOTEL INTERNATIONAL INC. seeks a Sr. Sales Manager to lead sales strategies and drive revenue growth across corporate, leisure, and group segments.

You will guide the sales team, manage key accounts, and partner with Revenue Management, Reservations, Marketing, and Operations to maximize opportunities and ensure top-notch client service. The role requires 5+ years in sales in hospitality or travel sectors, with 2-3 years in supervisory roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field is required.
• 5+ years in Sales, preferably hospitality/travel/OTA/tourism.
• 2-3 years in supervisory or managerial sales role.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Strong corporate sales, account management, and client relationships.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and closing skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and business development abilities.
• Proficient in MS Office or Google Workspace and CRM systems.
• Demonstrated leadership to motivate a high-performing team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet revenue and occupancy goals.
• Drive new business and target corporate, leisure, group, MICE, and travel trade accounts.
• Maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and agencies.
• Conduct sales calls, meetings, presentations, site inspections, and negotiations.
• Grow key accounts and identify upsell opportunities and repeat business.
• Monitor performance, targets, and pipeline activities.
• Prepare regular forecasts and performance reports for management.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and Reservations to optimize room sales.
• Work with Marketing and E-commerce on campaigns and sales initiatives.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and industry activities.
