Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager for Central & East Visayas to lead our sales operations across the district. This full-time role is based in Central & East Visayas, focusing on driving pharmaceutical sales growth and building relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

You will recruit, coach, and develop a high-performing team while achieving ambitious sales targets and ensuring regulatory compliance in all activities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales management experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a district or regional role.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and develop sales personnel.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare sector dynamics.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across healthcare stakeholders.
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities and actions.
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM systems.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Valid driver's licence and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Cebu district.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team within the Central & East Visayas district, setting targets and coaching to exceed goals.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Central & East Visayas market, identifying growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, providing updates to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations and ethical sales practices.
• Conduct regular field visits and sales calls to support the team and engage key accounts.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to management.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives to build a high-performing team.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses while maximizing return on investment.
• Represent Getz Pharma at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities in the region.
