Job summary

Ever Pharma seeks a District Manager for Visayas and Mindanao (VisMin) to lead and coach a regional sales force across Cebu or Davao bases. You will set quotas, allocate territories, mentor staff, and drive the annual business plan in line with company policies.

The role requires 3–5 years of sales leadership in pharma, English communication, and strong analytical and coaching skills to motivate teams and achieve targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in any reputable university.
• 3–5 years solid sales experience with 3 years in people management.
• Experience with CNS/Neurology is a plus and ability to train others.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a sales team across Visayas and Mindanao, assigning territories and quotas.
• Mentor team members, organize sales training, and monitor SFEs to drive revenue.
• Develop business plans and ensure adherence to company policies and standards.
• Analyze territories, identify growth drivers, and report progress regularly.
• Hire sales personnel and oversee asset management and reporting.
