Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc. seeks a dynamic District Sales Manager for the Greater Manila Area to lead sales operations across GMA. You will drive market presence, coach a regional team, and build strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.

The role requires a proven track record in pharma sales leadership, strategic planning, and strong data-driven decision making. Abilities in travel and regulatory compliance are essential for success in this market.

Qualifications

5+ years of proven sales management experience in pharmaceutical/healthcare.
Strong track record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in district/regional roles.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Deep knowledge of pharmaceutical market, products, and healthcare sector dynamics.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across healthcare levels.
Strategic thinking with ability to identify market opportunities.
Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM systems.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel extensively throughout the Cebu district.
Familiarity with Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and healthcare sector standards.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the sales team within the GMA district, setting clear targets and coaching to achieve/exceed sales objectives.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the GMA market, identifying growth opportunities and market trends.
Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
Monitor competitor activity and market conditions; provide updates to senior management.
Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical regulations, policies and ethical sales practices.
Conduct regular field visits and sales calls to support the team and engage with key accounts.
Prepare/summarize sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management.
Recruit/train/develop sales reps to build a high-performing team.
Manage sales budgets and expenses; maximize ROI.
Represent Getz Pharma at industry events and networking opportunities.
