Job summary

Getz Pharma (Phils.), Inc. is seeking a dynamic District Sales Manager to lead our Mindanao sales operations with a Cebu City base.

You will drive pharmaceutical sales growth, build key relationships with hospitals, clinics, and distributors, and ensure regulatory compliance. The role requires 5+ years of sales leadership in pharma, a proven track record of meeting targets, and strong communication and CRM skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of proven sales management experience in pharma or healthcare.
• Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a district/region.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and healthcare sector dynamics.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills across levels.
• Strategic thinking with ability to identify opportunities and plan actions.
• Proficiency in sales data analysis and CRM systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel across Cebu district.
• Familiarity with Philippine pharmaceutical regulations and standards.
• Preferred: experience in medical devices or pharma sales in Cebu/Visayas.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team within the Cebu district, setting targets and coaching to exceed objectives.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans tailored to the Cebu market and growth opportunities.
• Build and maintain relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, clinics, and distributors.
• Monitor competitor activity and market conditions, reporting to senior management.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, policies, and ethical sales practices.
• Conduct regular field visits and sales calls to engage key accounts.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses.
• Recruit, train, and develop sales representatives for a high-performing team.
• Manage sales budgets and expenses while maximizing ROI.
• Represent Getz Pharma at industry events and network within the region.
