Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Sales Leader in Apalit, Pampanga to maintain strong relationships with merchant partners, oversee Sales Associates, and drive sales initiatives at BillEase partner stores.

The role requires 3–5 years in sales or customer service with at least 1 year in leadership, plus strong communication and organizational skills. You will plan shifts, ensure policy compliance, and report on performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales or customer service; 1 year in sales leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of local market trends and business practices.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software.
• Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
• Commitment to ethical behavior and integrity in leadership.

Responsibilities

• Visit POS locations daily to maintain relationships with merchant partner stores and discuss promos or product improvements.
• Oversee and ensure the quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates.
• Identify sales initiatives to drive sales and improve execution of these initiatives.
• Efficiently control and manage Sales Associates.
• Implement risk controls to prevent fraud.
• Oversee hiring and training of Sales Associates.
• Plan shifts for Sales Associates, ensuring coverage on weekends and peak seasons.
• Ensure Sales Associates comply with company regulations while at partner stores.
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates.
• Manage the supply of BillEase instore collaterals for distribution to merchant partner stores.
• Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyze daily, weekly and monthly team data.
