Job summary

BillEase in Borongan, Eastern Samar seeks a Sales Team Leader to visit POS locations daily, build strong relationships with merchant partner stores, discuss promos, and drive product improvements across the region.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s in Business/Marketing/Management with 3–5 years in sales or customer service, plus at least 1 year in leadership. Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and local market knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3-5 years in sales, customer service, or similar role, with 1 year leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Understanding of local market trends and business practices.
• Familiarity with relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Visit POS locations daily to maintain relationships with merchant partner stores and address inquiries; discuss promos and product improvements.
• Oversee and ensure quality of sales performance of assigned Sales Associates in their area.
• Identify sales initiatives to drive team sales and improve execution standards.
• Efficiently control and manage Sales Associates.
• Implement risk control measures to prevent fraud.
• Oversee hiring and training of Sales Associates, ensuring necessary skills and techniques.
• Plan shifts for Sales Associates, maximizing staffing during weekends and peak seasons.
• Ensure Sales Associates comply with company regulations while at merchant partner stores.
• Conduct regular meetings with Sales Associates.
• Manage supply of BillEase in-store collaterals for distribution to merchant stores.
• Prepare regular tracking sales reports and analyze daily, weekly and monthly team data.
