Job summary

BillEase is seeking a Sales Lead to visit POS locations across San Juan City and Metro Manila, ensuring strong merchant relationships and sales consistency. The role includes supervising Sales Associates, planning staffing during peak periods, and enforcing company standards at partner stores.

The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Management and 3–5 years in sales, with at least 1 year in leadership. Knowledge of local market trends is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years in sales or customer service; 1 year in sales leadership preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organization.

• Familiarity with relevant tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Visit POS locations daily to maintain relationships with BillEase merchant partners.
• Oversee and ensure sales performance quality of Sales Associates.
• Identify initiatives to drive team sales and improve execution.
• Plan shifts to maximize staffing during weekends and peak seasons.
• Ensure compliance with company regulations at partner stores.
• Prepare regular sales reports and analyze team data.
• Oversee hiring and training of Sales Associates.
