Job summary

Mega Prime Foods Incorporated in Davao City is seeking a results-driven Regional Sales Manager to lead the execution of sales strategies across an assigned region and drive sustainable growth.

You will strengthen distributor partnerships, ensure excellent execution at the retail level, and develop a high-performing regional sales team through coaching, reviews, and disciplined planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 5–10 years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG, food, beverage, or consumer goods industry.
• Minimum 3 years of people management experience leading multi-territory sales teams.
• Strong experience managing distributors and route-to-market operations.
• Proven track record of consistently delivering sales and market share growth.
• Strong analytical, negotiation, and business planning skills.
• Willing to travel extensively within the assigned region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with national business objectives.
• Deliver regional sales, volume, distribution, profitability, and market share targets.
• Identify growth opportunities across General Trade, Modern Trade, and other strategic channels.
• Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions to address gaps.
• Manage and strengthen relationships with assigned distributors.
• Lead regular business reviews and develop joint business plans with distributors.
• Recommend distributor capability improvements to drive operational efficiency.
• Ensure excellent execution of distribution fundamentals including whitespace opportunities and market penetration.
• Lead, coach, and develop sales teams within the region.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing to maximize campaign effectiveness.
