Formación

• Must have experience in regional sales management or similar leadership role.
• Strong relationship-building and client-management skills.
• Ability to plan and execute regional channel strategies and promotions.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and manage regional retail customers to meet regional monthly sales targets and sell-out goals.
• Lead regional channel groups to achieve monthly and quarterly targets; monitor performance.
• Follow up on core customer targets and maintain solid relationships across the region.
• Implement regional marketing and retail strategies, including promotions, per the regional plan.
• Perform fieldwork including trade checks and store visits; handle challenging client situations.
