Job summary

Shell Philippines Corporation seeks a Regional Territory Manager to drive sustainable growth across a network of retail sites while delivering a high-quality customer experience. You will lead, coach, and develop retail partners to achieve sales, operational and service excellence, with a focus on HSSE and compliance.

Relocation across the Philippines is encouraged to cover areas beyond Metro Manila, Cebu, and Davao.

Qualifications

Experience in the FMCG industry is a strong advantage.
Fresh graduates with excellent academic credentials are welcome.
Open to relocation across the Philippines, including areas outside Metro Manila, Cebu and Davao.

Responsibilities

Drive territory growth in value, volume, reputation and brand equity with best-in-class customer experience across Shell mobility sites.
Lead and manage retailer performance to deliver Customer Commitment and Sales & Operations targets.
Develop and execute Territory and Retailer Master Plans to optimize network performance.
Strengthen HSSE culture with full safety and Shell standards compliance.
Enhance customer satisfaction by improving staff capability and leveraging customer feedback.
Build retailer capability and succession pipelines including recruitment and development.
Deliver sales and profitability targets with district planning and pricing optimization.
