LG Electronics Philippines is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to drive regional sell-out performance. You will develop strategies, align with Marketing, Product, and Logistics, and lead cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets on a regional scale.

Responsibilities include analyzing market data, reporting insights to senior leadership, coordinating promotions, and optimizing ROI through data-driven actions. Occasional travel for on-site execution is expected.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
• 3+ years regional sales/ sell-out management experience preferred.
• Strong ability to analyze market data and report insights to leadership.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• Develop and execute regional sell-out strategies aligned with business objectives.

• Ensure cross-functional alignment with Marketing, Product, and Logistics teams.
• Plan and oversee regional promotional activities to boost sell-out performance.
• Coordinate with marketing teams and agencies for seamless execution of promotions.
• Evaluate promotion effectiveness and refine strategies to maximize ROI.
