Job summary

Carlcare is hiring for a regional business development role in the Philippines. You will assist in expanding store coverage, manage mall kiosks and concept stores, and drive new store ingress development across the region.

You will also oversee store stock status, monitor sales performance, and help train store owners and staff on products, policies, and promotions. Willingness to travel regionally is required and familiarity with daily reporting is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years graduate in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• 1 year experience in Telco is an advantage.
• Willing to travel across regions frequently.
• Knows how to prepare daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist the distributor to expand the coverage of stores in the region (stock coverage, sales).
• Responsible for assigned area & Mall Kiosk & Concept Store & SIS New Ingress Development.
• Responsible for achieving regional SO and store market share target.
• Take care of store stocks status and follow up for stocks filled up for stores.
• Monitor the sales status of stores and follow up the sales upload on the Data Channel Retail (DCR) system.
• Visit area stores, solve store problems and dealer concerns to push sales.
• Train stores on new product information, policies and promotions.
• Store PSI data work and market feedback.
