Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking an Area Manager to oversee daily operations and sales performance across multiple retail stores in the Philippines. You will lead Store Managers, drive area sales growth, and ensure operational and VI standards while strengthening relationships with mall groups.

The role requires 3–5 years in retail or multi-branch management, strong commercial acumen, and willingness to travel for branch visits. Proficiency in Excel and MS Office is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, sales, operations, or multi-branch management.
• Proven experience managing Store Managers and large sales teams; proven sales target management.
• Willing to travel regularly and familiarity with mall-based retail operations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations of multiple directly-operated retail stores
• Drive monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and KPIs
• Develop and execute store-level sales strategies and promotional activities
• Monitor store performance and identify opportunities for sales growth
• Ensure effective product displays, customer experience, and product demonstrations
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with Supply Chain and Logistics to maintain adequate stocks
• Conduct regular store visits and operational audits
• Ensure compliance with company policies and global Visual Identity (VI) standards
• Directly manage, coach, and evaluate Store Managers
• Maintain strong working relationships with major mall management groups
