Job summary

PUMA Sports Philippines Inc. is seeking a seasoned Retail Operations Leader to drive a district of stores, promote sales culture, and achieve KPI targets.

You will manage P&L, optimize store productivity, and lead field teams to exceed sales, conversion, UPT, ATV, and inventory goals while controlling OPEX. You will implement global standards, coordinate with merch, planning, training and marketing, and develop managers through coaching and succession planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years of retail operations experience with a Global Brand.
• At least 2 years in a similar role with managerial responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver on set targets and KPIs, improve store productivity and profitability.
• Implement global/ regional standards and supervise store openings, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Coordinate with Retail Training, Marketing, Merchandising and E-Commerce teams for country projects.
• Drive process improvements and lead country Operations teams to meet objectives.
• Develop and coach store management for succession planning.
