Responsibilities

• Oversee operations and profitability of multiple stores in the area.
• Ensure stores meet service standards and sales targets.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and staff coaching/training.
• Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales and implement cost-control measures.
• Enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor and courier partner relationships.
• Assist with finance-related activities including credit, collections, and accounting support.
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
• Maintain records of sales, inventory, and expenses.
• Execute merchandising and promotional activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.
