Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in retail management, operations, logistics.
• Experience in courier, logistics, or franchise operations is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills (MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned MBE stores.
• Ensure stores are clean, organized, and aligned with brand standards.
• Monitor overall store performance and service quality.
• Track and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance.
• Review reports and identify areas for improvement.
• Support achievement of sales and profitability targets.
• Supervise and support store teams and assistants.
• Conduct store visits for audit, coaching, and performance monitoring.
• Provide training and on-site support to improve team performance.
• Support initiatives to develop new business opportunities.
• Execute strategies to increase sales and customer base.
• Implement promotional and merchandising activities.
• Implement cost control initiatives to improve profitability.
• Assist Finance in credit, collection, and accounting coordination.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and inventory.
• Manage relationships with courier and logistics partners.
• Ensure smooth coordination with external vendors and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards.
• Prepare and analyze operational and sales reports.
• Ensure accurate documentation of store activities.
