Primary Function

Oversee the operations, performance, and profitability of multiple stores within an assigned area. Ensure branches meet service standards, achieve sales targets, maintain operational efficiency, and build strong relationships with courier and logistics partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with the stores standards.
• Maintain clean, organized, and customer-friendly stores.
• Conduct store visits, audits, and staff coaching/training.
• Support business development and revenue growth initiatives.
• Monitor sales performance and implement cost-control measures.
• Enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Manage vendor and courier partner relationships.
• Assist with finance-related activities, including credit, collections, and accounting support.
• Prepare and analyze sales and operational reports.
