Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or at least 2 years of college education in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Strong communication skills (oral and written).
• At least 1 year of Telco experience is an advantage.
• Willing to travel frequently for business.
• Able to prepare daily reports.

Responsibilities

• Support distributors in expanding store coverage and increasing regional sales.
• Manage assigned areas including mall kiosks, concept stores, and SIS new store development.
• Achieve regional sales targets and store market share goals; monitor inventory and stock replenishment.
• Visit stores regularly to address issues and support sales growth; train store owners and staff on products, policies, and promotions.
• Prepare PSI data and reports; provide market and store performance feedback.
