Job summary

Carlcare is seeking a Field/Store Development Specialist to expand regional coverage and drive sales across assigned areas. You will support Mall Kiosk, Concept Store, and SIS New Ingress development while coordinating with distributors to hit store-level targets.

Responsibilities include monitoring store stocks, training shop owners and staff on new products and promotions, and ensuring timely data reporting and market feedback to enable growth across regions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 2 years college graduate in any field.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Good communication skills, both oral and written.
• 1 year experience in Telco is an advantage.
• Willing to travel across regions frequently.
• Capable of daily reporting.

Responsibilities

• Assist the distributor to expand regional store coverage and drive sales in the region.
• Responsible for Mall Kiosk, Concept Store & SIS New Ingress development in assigned areas.
• Achieve regional SO and store market share targets; monitor stock status and restock as needed.
• Visit stores to resolve issues and liaise with dealers to push sales targets.
• Train store owners and staff on new products, policies, and promotions.
• Store PSI data work and market information feedback.
• Plan and manage area merchandising: brand image, product placement, and display maintenance.
• Provide brand image display guidance and manage materials distribution, storage, and returns.
• Develop merchandising strategies aligned with company goals and supervise implementation.
• Other duties as assigned by the leader.
