Job summary

RedDoorz is seeking a Junior Activation Executive in the Philippines to manage newly acquired properties from onboarding to activation and early-stage growth on the platform. You will serve as the primary contact for new properties, ensuring all onboarding requirements are completed accurately and on time, and that each property is set up with the knowledge and tools needed to generate bookings.

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Tourism, Marketing, or related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; experience in account management, customer service, hospitality, sales, or operations is an advantage.

• Organized and able to manage multiple properties and deadlines simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort with data, reports, and basic performance metrics.
