Job summary

PRIMESTAFF MANAGEMENT SERVICES PTE LTD is seeking an experienced Business Performance & Process Improvement Specialist for a 12‑month contract to drive regional process transformation across multiple countries.

You will improve processes, standardize operations, and enhance data quality and governance while boosting visibility through analytics, automation, and effective performance reporting, collaborating with Finance, Operations and business teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field.
Minimum 5 years in process improvement or transformation.
Experience standardising processes across teams and regions.
Experience with SAP, Oracle or ERP systems.
Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, Power Query and Excel.
Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Automation or digital transformation experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Review and analyse existing business processes and identify areas for improvement.
Improve and standardise processes across different countries and business units.
Simplify workflows and reduce manual, duplicated and unnecessary work.
Develop dashboards and reports to track business performance, KPIs, revenue, margins and forecasts.
Improve data quality and accuracy across ERP and reporting systems.
Automate regular reports and manual processes to improve efficiency.
Work closely with Finance, Operations and Business teams to implement process improvements.
Support the adoption of new processes, systems and ways of working.
