Job summary

Enable PH is seeking a Process Improvement Specialist to drive standardization, continuous improvement, and business transformation across the organization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and monitor data-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.

The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, the ability to manage multiple projects, and a track record of delivering end-to-end process enhancements aligned with strategic priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business, Management, or any related course.
• 3–4 years of relevant experience in Process Improvement, Business Excellence, Project Management, Product, Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and execution skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Lead process standardization initiatives to ensure consistency, efficiency, and scalability across the organization.
• Identify, analyze, and close process gaps through structured problem-solving and data-driven approaches.
• Design and implement process improvement and continuous improvement initiatives using best-practice methodologies.
• Develop systems and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of process changes and report results to stakeholders.
• Align improvement and project initiatives with broader organizational goals and strategic priorities.
• Support end-to-end project management activities including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.
• Identify project risks and issues, develop mitigation plans, and proactively manage dependencies.
• Monitor progress and ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with measurable impact.
• Work closely with functional leaders and cross-functional teams to drive business improvement and transformation initiatives.
• Communicate effectively to ensure clarity of expectations, deliverables, and timelines across stakeholders.
• Prepare and present regular project updates, performance metrics, and insights to leadership and senior management.
• Support data-backed decision-making by translating complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations.
• Analyze operational and process data to identify trends, root causes, and improvement opportunities.
• Assemble, interpret, and apply critical thinking to data to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review, including high-level metrics and improvement outcomes.
• Provide training, coaching, and support to team members on process improvement tools, methodologies, and best practices.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and accountability.
• Support teams in adopting standardized processes and sustaining improvements over time.
