Job summary

Vertiv Co in the Philippines seeks a Business Analytics & Performance Reporting Specialist to deliver accurate, timely insights and drive projects that automate reporting and strengthen cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Sales, Finance, HR, IT, and regional leadership.

The role involves leading improvement initiatives, managing projects from initiation to post-implementation review, and developing standardized processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business Management, Information Systems, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5 years of experience in business analytics, engineering, consulting, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects, process improvement initiatives, and business transformation programs.
• Project management skills an advantage, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and deliver results within agreed timelines.
• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, or similar structured problem-solving approaches is highly desirable.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook; experience with AI tools or other reporting automation tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to consolidate, interpret, and communicate complex business data into actionable insights.
• Experience working within a regional or global shared services environment supporting multiple countries and stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all organizational levels.
• Customer-focused mindset with excellent relationship and account management skills.
• Self-motivated, proactive, adaptable, and committed to driving operational excellence through continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate and timely operational performance reporting across the region.
• Prepare, consolidate, analyze, and distribute periodic and ad hoc business reports.
• Develop meaningful business insights by analyzing operational metrics and service performance.
• Support monthly SIOP discussions with data analysis and actionable recommendations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline processes and improve reporting efficiency.
• Drive automation using Power BI, Vega AI, Excel, and other tools to reduce manual effort.
