Job summary

Maersk’s Lead Logistics team seeks an experienced professional to drive process standardization and transformation across regional operations. You will collaborate with Product and Technology to accelerate SCP platform adoption and guide onboarding for new and existing customers.

The role requires strong project management, end-to-end SCM knowledge, and hands-on UAT experience. You will partner with CX, Operations, and global teams to deliver change in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strong background in Lead Logistics or supply chain management.
• End-to-end understanding of SCM processes and operations.
• Proven project management experience across regional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Standardize processes and implement best practices to improve efficiency, quality and reliability.
• Identify and implement improvements to boost business performance.
• Drive SCP platform adoption and collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
• Support SCP migration projects for new and existing customers and onboarding.
• Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and raise enhancement requests using JIRA.
• Drive Horizontal Workflow Automation (HWA) initiatives and ensure adoption.
• Manage regional projects and initiatives end-to-end, focusing on APA region.
• Advocate SCP adoption, process alignment and transformation across operations.
• Support organizational changes, restructurings and process realignments.
• Deliver results in high-pressure, multi-project environments.
• Collaborate with global SMEs, PPOs, FPOs and operations leadership.
• Align priorities with CX, Operations, Product and CI teams.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiative adoption and change.
• Provide real-time support, root cause analysis and preventive actions.
• Conduct training sessions for super users and end users on new functionalities.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge repositories.
• Ensure accuracy and proper configuration of master data (locations, vendors, carriers, rules).
