Key Responsibilities:
- Core Operations and Transformation Drive process standardization by establishing and implementing consistent procedures, methods and best practices to achieve efficiency, quality and reliability objectives.
- Identify, analyze and implement process improvements to enhance overall business performance.
- Accelerate SCP and platform adoption within the Lead Logistics organization in collaboration with Product and Technology teams.
- Support SCP migration projects for new and existing customers and ensure seamless onboarding.
- Lead and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and raise enhancement requests using JIRA.
- Drive Horizontal Workflow Automation (HWA) initiatives and ensure successful adoption.
- Project and Change Management Manage and deliver regional (APA-focused) projects and initiatives end-to-end.
- Drive SCP adoption, process alignment and transformation initiatives across operations.
- Navigate and support organizational changes, including restructuring and process realignments.
- Deliver results effectively in high-pressure, multi-project environments.
- Stakeholder Management Collaborate with global solutions SMEs, PPOs, FPOs and operations leadership teams.
- Partner with CX, Operations, Product and Continuous Improvement teams to align on priorities.
- Influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive initiative adoption and change.
- Operational Excellence and SME Support Provide real-time support, perform root cause analysis (RCA) and ensure timely resolution with preventive actions.
- Conduct training sessions for super users and end users on new functionalities and processes.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, user guides and knowledge repositories with business teams.
- Ensure accuracy and proper configuration of master data, including locations, vendors, carriers and rules.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Strong background in Lead Logistics or Supply Chain Management with a solid understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes.
- Proven experience in project management.
- Hands-on experience with SCP platforms, UAT testing and system or process implementations.
- Results-driven with the ability to drive initiatives to completion.
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across cross-functional and global teams.
- Ability to work effectively in high-pressure and fast-paced environments.
