Job summary

SPX Express in Manila is seeking a Regional Operations Leader to drive end-to-end performance across the hub network. You will translate national strategy into regional execution plans and align Area Managers and cross-functional teams.

You will build a high-performing regional operations organization, lead governance of KPIs, capacity planning, and continuous improvement, while ensuring safety, efficiency, and service standards in a fast-growing logistics environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 8–12 years in logistics or last mile ops.
• 3–5 years in multi-site regional or senior ops leadership.
• Experience managing Area Managers or equivalent multi-layer operations structure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional governance and performance across hub network.
• Translate national strategy into regional execution plans.
• Lead Area Managers and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive capacity planning and network optimization.
• Ensure KPI governance and issue resolution.
