Job summary

SPX Philippines Inc. in Cebu City is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee hub leads and area fleet leads, ensuring performance aligns with established standards.

You will enforce procedures, resolve disputes, and lead weekly team briefs to monitor performance. The role focuses on improving KPIs across productivity, quality, service levels, and stakeholder satisfaction, while driving cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage performance of hub leads and area fleet leads under the assigned region, ensuring each hub is on track with agreed standards
• Ensure procedures and regulations are enforced across assigned hubs
• Dispute resolution within and outside the team Lead team briefing, weekly meeting with staff, regular meeting on team performance
• Continuously improve the key performance indicators (KPIs) of the staff on productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal process between the hub and the rest of the Operations team, in order to improve SLA
• Implement new processes
• Lead a team that can effectively and efficiently grow
• Work effectively cross functionally
• Be able to conduct capacity planning.
