Qualifications

• Leadership experience leading a division or team in a warehouse or hub
• Strong track record in improving productivity and quality metrics
• Experience running team briefs and performance reviews
• Ability to optimize KPIs for service levels and stakeholder satisfaction

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day hub operations using the daily performance report
• Ensure procedures and regulations are followed
• Lead team briefings and weekly staff meetings
• Review and discuss team performance regularly
• Improve KPIs related to productivity, quality, service level, and stakeholder satisfaction
• Improve internal processes between hub and the broader Operations team to enhance SLA
